Four layers of fluffy vanilla sponge layered with lashings of our signature vanilla buttercream and zesty fruit conserve. Coated in a thin layer of luxury white chocolate ganache and perfectly topped with hand piped swirls and your choice of fresh fruit.
All of our cakes are handmade with love in our home studio in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Summer fruits victoria sponge cake
We reccomend that this product be consumed within 2 days of receiving from us.
For best results, once cut, store your cake in an air tight container or wrap securely in cling film.
